How We Share Information

We share the minimum information necessary with:

• Assigned motor carriers — name, contact phone, pickup and delivery addresses, and vehicle details so they can transport your vehicle.
• Service providers — email, SMS, payment, hosting, and analytics vendors who process data on our behalf under written agreements that restrict their use of the data to providing services to us.
• Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

Data Retention & Security

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.
