Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using caravantransport.io ("the Site") or requesting a quote, booking, or transport service from Caravan Transport LLC ("Caravan Transport," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Brokerage Relationship

Caravan Transport LLC is a licensed property broker (USDOT 3136996, MC 01112727). We arrange vehicle transportation through independent, licensed motor carriers. Caravan Transport does not itself transport vehicles. The carrier assigned to your shipment is the party that physically transports your vehicle, and the carrier's insurance is primary during transport.

Quotes & Bookings

Quotes reflect current carrier-market conditions at the time of the request and are not guaranteed until a carrier has been dispatched. If carrier availability on your route requires a higher rate to secure dispatch, we will contact you for approval before any carrier is confirmed. You may decline a revised rate and cancel at no charge if no carrier has been dispatched.

When you confirm a booking, the Vehicle Transport Agreement (the contract PDF emailed at booking) becomes the binding service contract between you, Caravan Transport, and the assigned carrier. The Vehicle Transport Agreement controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time before a carrier is dispatched. Once a carrier has been dispatched, a cancellation fee of $200 applies. No refunds are issued after the vehicle has been picked up. Full cancellation terms appear in the Vehicle Transport Agreement.

Communications & SMS

Communications related to your quote, booking, and shipment status are sent to the email and phone number you provide. SMS messages are sent only when you affirmatively consent on the quote form. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for full SMS terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or misleading information, attempting to access non-public areas, or interfering with the Site's operation or other users' access.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caravan Transport's liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to arranging transportation services and excludes any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Cargo claims for vehicle damage are governed by the carrier's insurance and the Vehicle Transport Agreement.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
