The Dealer Advantage
Your inventory moves
on your schedule
Dealerships operate on thin margins and tight timelines. Every day a vehicle sits at auction accruing storage fees or waits at a trade partner's lot instead of your showroom is revenue lost. We build our dealer program around that reality.
Your dedicated account coordinator knows your typical routes, preferred carriers, and delivery preferences. When you call with a new batch, we are already sourcing carriers before you hang up. No re-explaining your business every time.
Volume rate agreements mean predictable costs you can factor into your acquisition math. Consolidated monthly invoicing means your accounting team processes one statement, not fifty.

Common Questions
Dealer Transport FAQ
Do you offer volume pricing for dealerships?
Yes. Dealers shipping 10+ vehicles per month qualify for volume rate agreements. Pricing is based on your typical routes, vehicle mix, and monthly volume. The more predictable your shipping patterns, the better the rate structure we can offer.
How fast can you move auction purchases to our lot?
On high-volume auction corridors, we typically arrange pickup within 1-3 business days of payment clearance. For Manheim and ADESA locations on major routes, same-week delivery is standard for moves under 800 miles. We coordinate directly with auction gate schedules.
Can you handle dealer trades across multiple states?
Absolutely. Multi-state dealer trades are a core part of our business. We coordinate pickup and delivery windows with both dealerships, handle the BOL documentation, and provide real-time tracking for your sales team to keep customers informed.
Do you provide consolidated invoicing?
Yes. Account dealers receive a single monthly invoice covering all shipments, with per-vehicle cost breakdowns, route details, and delivery confirmations. We can also integrate with your DMS or accounting system for streamlined reconciliation.
What if a vehicle is inoperable at auction?
We handle inoperable vehicles regularly. Vehicles that don't start or drive require winch loading, which adds $150-$300 per vehicle. Flag the condition when booking so we assign a carrier with the right equipment — this avoids failed pickups and auction storage fees.
Can you deliver vehicles directly to our customers?
Yes. We offer white-label customer delivery where the end buyer receives their vehicle through our carrier network but the experience is branded to your dealership. This is popular with online sales operations and out-of-state customers.
