Fleet Services
Every Vehicle Your Business Runs On
From a single branded service van to a 30-truck relocation — we move commercial fleets with the scheduling discipline your operation depends on, anywhere in the lower 48.
Branded & Wrapped Fleet Vehicles
Logo'd service vans, wrapped pickups, and company cars moved with extra care to protect graphics and paint. Enclosed transport is available when the wrap is the brand.
Work Trucks & Flatbeds
Single-rear-wheel and dually pickups, flatbeds, chassis cabs, and upfitted service trucks. We match each unit to a carrier with the right deck space and tie-down points.
Multi-Vehicle, Staged Delivery
Moving 3, 10, or 30 units? We sequence pickups and stage deliveries across locations so your operation keeps running while the fleet repositions.
Dealership & Upfitter Delivery
New commercial units delivered to dealerships, upfitters, or your yard — coordinated to your stocking and build schedule.
Seasonal & Project Repositioning
Move crews and equipment vehicles to where the work is — seasonal ramp-ups, new territories, or job-site relocations across the country.
One Coordinator, One Invoice
A single point of contact who knows your routes and unit mix, plus consolidated invoicing with a per-vehicle breakdown your accounting team can reconcile in one pass.
A Recent Fleet Move
Real commercial units, real condition records
A national service company's vehicles moved from Georgia to New York — picked up and delivered door-to-door, each unit photographed at both ends. About 1,000 miles, delivered in three days.

The Fleet Advantage
Your fleet moves
without stopping the work
A vehicle that isn't where the work is isn't earning. We plan fleet moves around that reality — staging pickups and deliveries so crews keep rolling while the relocation happens in the background.
Branded and wrapped units get matched to the right carrier and transport type, with enclosed available when the graphics are the brand. Work trucks, flatbeds, and upfitted service bodies are paired to carriers with the deck space and tie-downs to haul them safely.
One coordinator owns your account, every unit is documented with pickup and delivery photos, and you get a single consolidated invoice with a per-vehicle breakdown — no chasing fifty receipts.

Common Questions
Fleet Shipping FAQ
Do you offer volume pricing for fleets?
Yes. Once you're moving multiple vehicles — whether it's a one-time fleet relocation or recurring monthly moves — we price per vehicle with volume discounts that improve as the count and route predictability go up. Send us the unit list and lanes and we'll build a rate.
Can you ship branded or wrapped vehicles?
Absolutely. Logo'd vans and wrapped trucks are routine for us. On open carriers they ride the same as any vehicle; when the wrap or paint is critical to the brand, we recommend enclosed transport to shield against road debris and weather. Tell us at booking and we'll assign accordingly.
Do you handle work trucks, flatbeds, and upfitted units?
Yes — pickups (single and dual rear wheel), flatbeds, chassis cabs, and service-bodied trucks. Oversized or heavily upfitted units take a carrier with the right deck space, so flag dimensions and any racks, toolboxes, or lift gates when you book to avoid a failed pickup.
How do you keep my operation running during a fleet move?
We stage it. Instead of pulling every vehicle at once, we sequence pickups and deliveries so you're never without the units you need to work. For multi-location fleets we coordinate windows at each site.
Do I get condition documentation?
Every vehicle is photographed at pickup and at delivery, with the date and location recorded — so you have a clear condition record for each unit on both ends of the move.
Can you move non-running or down units?
Yes. Inoperable units that won't start, steer, or roll need winch loading, which adds a per-vehicle surcharge. Flag any down units when booking so we assign a carrier with the right equipment.
